Gary HollisterThe Visionary. Gary Hollister, CEO, is the most seasoned of the XanGo™ team. As president of Merril Norman cosmetics, he helped grow from 60 million dollars a year to 250 million dollars a year in sales. He held the same position for Enrich International, a worldwide nutritional company.

Another very important distinction is that Mr. Hollister sat as Chairman of the Board of Directors for the Direct Selling Association – the organization who sets the standards of conduct to ensure marketing by direct selling companies is handled with the highest level of business ethics and

Aaron GarrityThe Professional. Aaron Garrity is the president of XanGo™. He holds an MBA and a law degree. Mr. Garrity has also held executive positions with subsidiaries of Proctor and Gamble, Nature's Sunshine, and Morinda Corporation. Kent WoodThe Count.  Kent Wood is the CFO of XanGo™. Before he joined XanGo, he had been the global controller for Morinda corporation, a five hundred million dollar, world-wide company. Before that, he was the CFO of NuSkin – one of eight companies in this industry that does over a billion dollars a year in sales. Preceding that, he was associated with a CPA firm that audits most of the nutritional and network marketing companies. Kent's career has been spent auditing fast-growth nutritional companies or holding their CFO position.
Brian DavisThe Rainmaker. Brian Davis is the in-house legal counsel of XanGo™. It is very rare to see any direct sales company with an in-house legal team, but XanGo™ is a rare company. Mr. Davis concerns himself with worldwide trademarks, patenting questions, and domestic and global compliance. Mr. Davis has the background, experience, and temperament that allowed him to negotiate international contracts worth billions of dollars while previously working with a global enterprise.
